Response time
We aim to respond within 24 hours on business days (Monday�Friday). Weekend messages usually get answered first thing Monday morning. If you don't hear back within 48 hours, your message may have gone to spam � please send it again.
Order support
You'll get a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking link when it ships. If you haven't seen a shipping email within 7 business days of ordering, message us with your order number and we'll look it up.
Refunds, returns, exchanges
See our Refund Policy. The short version: every shirt is printed to order, so we don't accept returns for sizing changes � please check the size chart on each product page first. We absolutely cover quality issues (damage, misprint, wrong item) � email us with a photo and we'll replace it free.

Muddy Paw Press is a small US-based design studio running daily-drop print-on-demand. Every design is hand-illustrated or hand-composed (no AI text or template work shipped without review). Production handled by Printful at facilities in the US, EU, Mexico, and Canada � your order routes to the closest facility for lower carbon footprint and faster delivery.
