Production

Every order is made-to-order by our production partner Printful. We do not hold inventory — your shirt is printed specifically for you. This is what lets us run a daily-drop design studio without warehouse waste.

Production takes 2–7 business days from the moment your order is paid.

Shipping times

  • US: 3–5 business days after production
  • EU: 4–7 business days after production (routes through EU facility when possible)
  • Canada / Mexico: 5–10 business days after production
  • Rest of world: 10–20 business days after production

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size. Free shipping promotions are announced via email and social — sign up for the newsletter at the bottom of any page.

Returns and exchanges

Because every shirt is printed to order, we don't accept returns for sizing changes or buyer's remorse. Please consult the size chart on each product page before ordering. Unisex Bella+Canvas 3001 runs slightly relaxed; size down if you want a closer fit.

Quality issues — we always cover these

If your order arrives with any of the following, message us at hello@muddypawpress.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo:

  • Print defects (smudging, misalignment, color issues)
  • Damaged fabric
  • Wrong size or design shipped
  • Order arrived in clearly damaged packaging

We'll arrange a free replacement at no cost to you — no need to return the original.

Lost packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you didn't receive it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If it remains missing after 5 business days, message us and we'll work with Printful to resolve it.

Address changes

If you need to change your shipping address, contact us within 4 hours of placing your order. Once a shirt enters production, the address is locked in.

International customs

International orders may incur customs duties or VAT on arrival. These are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the shipping cost shown at checkout.
